Sharon celebrated her 40th birthday with her family and friends at Tortworth Hotel, Gloucestershire. The hotel the history of which dates back to the 11th century, had undergone a major refurbishment, offering spectacular venues for weddings and various events and celebrations.
Prior to the guest arrival the birthday girl used the wonderful season of bluebells and had a mini shoot outdoors.
The birthday celebration took place at the Orangery, a grand 19th century conservatory which offers an ornamental glass ceiling and windows - the venue perfect even for weddings. The birthday party started with the Sangeet - an Indian form of celebration prior to an event which consist of the females' gathering and singing together.
Once the sun gone down and all the guests arrived, the party kicked off. The cake cutting was followed by the dhol players' performance from the Dhol foundation which triggered all the guests to get on the dance floor.
